Each course runs for 2 years and is made up of 20 weekends (every 2nd weekend, Sept. – June)
There will be a new intake of new students every September.
A typical Academy weekend is made up of 9 sessions including lectures, discussions, workshops, worship and prayer.
The Academy is bi-lingual (English/German)

CURRICULUM
The curriculum is made up of 3 main pillars:
Personal development (Self-Leadership)
Practical Theology
Leadership Skills
Teaching in each area will be both informative and practical drawing from the input of speakers who are experienced and proven in their field of expertise. As it has been said, “Some things are taught and some things are caught.”

MAXIMISE YOUR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY COURSE
To make the most of the course students should follow the Academy guidelines regarding the connection between the Academy and their local church.
This two way communication would for example involve students regularly meeting with their local church leader or another assigned leader from their local church to evaluate their progress and so aid their leadership development. Practically speaking - putting into action what they are learning and receiving.
